All inquiries are handled on an individual basis. We proudly stand behind the quality of all our products as almost all are designed and produced inhouse by brothers and sisters in the fire service.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimated are not guaranteed. Estimates provided at checkout can be delayed by UPS or the USPS for a variety of reasons. Please reference the tracking number that is automatically sent to your email address with your shipping confirmation. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, they are in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
Notorious Fire Co. cannot be held responsible for:
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Extended delivery times
SHIPPING METHOD
Beginning September 1, 2022, Notorious Fire Co. began offering customers several shipping choices between USPS and UPS. Sticker orders that contain six or fewer stickers are sent via USPS standard first-class mail. Unfortunately, this means these orders will not have a tracking number.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
We do everything we can to get orders out the door typically within 3-4 business days. Please keep in mind that most of us are all full-time firefighters so occasionally these times can be slightly expended. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
